In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. If cancelling subscription –must be cancelled 2 days prior to shipment date. If not your order will be fulfilled & will have to wait till next month.
- Login to your customer portal. (Not sure how to do this? To find this link, the link is normally sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email)
- Click Subscriptions and
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription. If required provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
