On May 27, 2022, Bubs Australia was granted US enforcement discretion and committed over 1.25 million tins of safe, high-quality infant formula in response to the US formula crisis. Today, we are available online and in stores nationwide and actively pursuing the permanent authorization with the FDA in compliance with the October 2025 deadline for No Objection and Transition Guidance.
