Bubs Formulas are Pure and Clean
Award Winning Purity
The Clean Label Project is a non-profit organization changing the definition of food and consumer safety through data, science, and transparency. They recognize brands with products that proactively focus on purity and voluntarily surpass minimum FDA requirements.
All Bubs infant formulas are Clean Label Project certified and have been awarded the Clean Label Project Purity Award, the highest award given by the organization. In order to win the Purity Award, our formulas are independently tested by the Clean Label Project for 400+ toxins and contaminants, including:
- Heavy metals like lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury
- Pesticides like glyphosate
- Plasticizers like phthalates and bisphenols
Bubs was also the first formula to meet the Clean Label Project’s First 1,000 Day Promise standard which uses elements of European food regulations to recognize brands that are below contaminant thresholds in products targeting pregnant women, infants, lactating mothers, and children.
Proud Founding Member of the Baby Coalition
Bubs helped establish the Clean Label Project Association Baby Coalition, a trade association of leading brands dedicated to improving infant, child, and maternal health through education on the risks of toxins and contaminants and advocating for reform. In doing so, we’re leading the charge to raise the bar across the industry.
Purity from Farm to Bottle
At Bubs, we are meticulous about crafting the very best formulas for your little bub. That’s why we are proud to make all of our products in our Bubs-owned and operated manufacturing facility in Australia. Our Deloraine factory is state of the art, is the only FDA-approved formula manufacturing facility in Australia and is audited by Australian State regulators every six months. We test every product we make, and nothing leaves our facility before being rigorously tested for microbiological parameters. All of our formulas are regulated by the FDA, comply with all Australian State & Federal Regulatory and export quality control requirements, and are GSFI certified (Global certification standard FSSC 22000), a certifying standard recognized globally for high-quality requirements.
