What is Casein?

Cow milk contains two types of protein – A1 and A2 beta-casein. A1 beta-casein has been found to cause tummy upsets in some cases. If your child shows symptoms after consuming cow milk, it may be the A1 protein molecule that they’re reacting to.

The good news is, goat milk is pure A2 goat protein. It’s not only naturally easier to digest and less likely to cause inflammation, but the protein molecules themselves are smaller – so, goat milk is digested and absorbed faster, ready to get to work building, healing and growing your little one.
