Unlike Probiotics which help to restore and balance of good bacteria, Prebiotics play the important role of feeding the good bacteria to help promote their growth. When sourcing our prebiotic we have carefully selected Galacto-Oligosaccharides (GOS) which is naturally occurring in milk.
