We work hard to ensure every tin arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the case of an item being delivered as damage, we are happy to provide you with a replacement, or full refund.
We are able to do this on the proviso that:
You contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “Damage #order number” and please state a brief description of the damage, as well as pictures that shows the damage so that it can be assess by our customer care team. Please let our customer care team know whether you would like a refund or replacement.
In an instance that your order is marked delivered but you cannot find your package please allow 3 days before reaching out to us. Often your order is mark delivered before they deliver your package. After 3 days please reach out to email@example.com regarding your lost package and one of our customer care team will investigate the claim.
